AV&C is seeking a small agency or individual contractor to help us create a templatized system of marketing collateral to help us better showcase our work and support business development and lead generation efforts through stronger content, storytelling, and case studies.
The primary goal of this three to four month engagement is to develop a system of content templates for more efficiently and effectively communicating with our intended audiences, including establishing content themes, campaign frameworks, and a content calendar. We hope this templatized system will be proven effective through collaborative development of 2-3 case study based campaigns using previously captured project documentation.
Additionally, we would like to develop one net new case study for a recently completed project located in Dallas, TX, that clearly communicates our expertise, project outcomes, and the value to clients. The contractor will be responsible for moving this case study through the production process, from recommending additional resources, to serving as liaison between AV&C stakeholders and other creative contractors responsible for documenting the project.
We're looking for an individual or small group/agency who can quickly understand our business, transform project information into compelling stories, and create practical, reusable campaign templates that strengthen our position in the market and support future growth. This engagement will be successful if our team will be able to easily maintain and manage these content templates and systems after the engagement ends.
Responsibilities
Conduct an immersion into our organization, practice and prior communications.
Produce (1) new case study, leading the process from concept and storyboarding through delivery of a final video asset - this process will include the management of additional freelance/contractor for capturing the documentation and producing the final case study video
Reconfigure (2) case studies (with pre-existing content/media assets including photos and videos) to align with the new way of communicating our work
Create LinkedIn content templates and content themes
Create email marketing templates aligned with social content
Recommend and support thought leadership content initiatives
Develop a content calendar and campaign framework
Create sample content and campaign assets for up to (3) new campaigns using the newly defined templates
Recommend SEO, lead capture and marketing analytics approaches.
Provide documentation, training, and handoff materials
Ideal Qualifications
Experience producing and developing case study narratives, videos, and marketing collateral for experience design firms or other creative services organizations
Ability to translate project-based work that is both highly technical and creative, into compelling lead-gen focused narratives
Strong writing, interviewing, and storytelling skills
Experience with content marketing, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
Self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable working with leadership teams
Engagement Details
15-20 hours per week for approximately 3-4 months
New York based preferred, remote flexible
